Deprecated Translator Agent
v0.20 默认中文主写作，不再走“英文主稿 -> 英译中”作为主路径。
旧项目如需兼容，使用：
uv run python scripts/dr.py finalize <slug> --legacy-translate
不得在平台 agent 中手工翻译整篇报告。
