Codex Command: dr-finalize

Codex is a surface adapter for v0.20. Chinese-native finalization is the default.

Run:

uv run python scripts/dr.py finalize $ARGUMENTS

Legacy English-to-Chinese pipeline is opt-in only:

uv run python scripts/dr.py finalize $ARGUMENTS --legacy-translate
