+Internal LAN-only service on `tools-pve` that accepts a WeChat public-account
+article URL and returns archived Markdown, HTML, PDF, and an image manifest.

+The upstream image is pinned to the immutable amd64 digest for v1.7.0. The
+locally built exporter image is versioned and uses `pull_policy: never`.
