v0.13 (2026-02-01) - Typography & Extraction Fixes

New Features

Typography V3 (Safe Mode): Implemented conservative CSS fixes for Drop Caps.
- Resolves overlap between Drop Caps and Chinese text using clear: both.
- Fixes "Double Indentation" on Drop Cap paragraphs.
- Preserves original alignment (e.g. centered titles) by relaxing aggressive resets.
- Intelligent no-indent class assignment based on specific keywords (drop, no-indent).

Bug Fixes

Endnote Extraction: Fixed a critical bug where citations like [28] caused Integrity Check failures.
- Extraction Logic: Regex updated to treat [N] patterns as structural elements, preserving links.
- Integrity Check: Added "Placeholder Hydration" to correctly validate content when placeholders encapsulate visible text.
- Result: Prevents fallback to plain text, ensuring links and italics are preserved in complex paragraphs.

Pipeline

Preprocessing: FormatExtractor now more robust against mixed content.
